RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY

CAN I RETURN OR REFUND MY PURCHASE?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been monogrammed unless the item is faulty, the wrong product was sent by VOTD, the product is defective, the product was damaged in shipping or the product is tampered.

You can return the item within 10 days of purchase if the item is not monogrammed and unused; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition - once established that the terms and conditions are met, we will issue a full refund. Victims of the Desert staff reserve the right to reject a return if concluded it is not in as new condition. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If the item you have purchased is faulty, please take photos of the fault and send it through to hello@victimsofthedesert.com for further discussion. In the case of a faulty item, we will issue you a full refund or replacement product immediately. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of ordering. Once the item has been monogrammed, we will not offer cancellation/refund. If the cancellation is accepted, the refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
